(the “App”), provided by Faruk Biberoğlu (the “Service
Provider”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

colors on your photo using AI-powered image processing.

generated results in your account/history.

We use trusted third-party services (such as Firebase) to operate the
App. Some AI processing is performed by an external provider.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

Photos and images you provide: photos you upload/select
for hairstyle/hair color processing.

Generated content: AI-generated images and related
metadata (e.g., prompt identifiers, timestamps) so you can view your
results/history.

Account information: if you sign in, we may associate
your data with an identifier provided by our authentication provider.

Device and usage information: IP address (approximate),
device/OS information, app interactions and performance events.
How We Use Information
- Provide the service: generate hairstyle/hair color results.

Operate and maintain the App: store results, sync across
devices, and keep the App secure.

Improve reliability: monitor crashes/performance and fix
bugs.

AI Processing
When you use AI features, the App uploads your selected photo to an AI
image-processing service to generate the requested output. This processing
is required to provide the feature. We do not claim ownership of your
photos.
Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may process information on our
behalf:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud
Storage): used to authenticate users (where applicable) and store user
content and app data.

and hair color results from your input photo.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with
service providers only as needed to operate the App, comply with law, or
protect users and the Service Provider.
In-App Purchases
If you purchase a subscription or credits through Apple’s In-App Purchase,
Apple may process payment information. We receive transaction-related
signals needed to unlock features (for example, subscription status).
The App may offer Weekly and Monthly
subscription packages. Depending on your active package, we grant credits
that can be used for AI generation features (such as hairstyle and hair
color results).

Credits and usage: each generation action may consume a
certain number of credits.

Billing cycle logic: credits are provided according to
your current subscription plan and billing cycle.

Restore: if you reinstall the App or switch device, you
can restore eligible purchases using the restore option.

Store handling: payment details are processed by Apple,
and we do not receive full card/payment credentials.
Data Retention
We retain your content and related data for as long as needed to provide
the App and your history, and for a reasonable period thereafter. You can
request deletion as described below.
Your Choices & Rights

Delete your data: email us to request deletion of your
account data and stored images.

Opt-out: you can stop collection by uninstalling the
App.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has
provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate
action.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to
protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes
on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
