Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aura mobile application (the “App”), provided by Faruk Biberoğlu (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

The App allows you to try hairstyles and hair colors on your photo using AI-powered image processing. Results may vary and are provided for entertainment and visualization purposes.

3. Your Content

• You retain your rights to photos/images you upload or provide to the App.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and provide the App features (including generating results, storing your history, and providing support).
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and upload any content you provide (including obtaining necessary permissions).

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and In‑App Purchases

Some features may require an in‑app purchase or subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple through In‑App Purchase.

• Auto‑renewing subscriptions: if you purchase a subscription, it may automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage & cancel: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
• Restore purchases: if available in the App, you can use the “Restore Purchase” option to restore eligible purchases.
• Pricing: prices may vary by country/region and are shown in the App and/or App Store before purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App’s operation, security, or networks.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or is harmful/abusive.

6. Third‑Party Services

The App may rely on third‑party services (for example, Firebase and an AI processing provider) to function. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error‑free, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
